The Process

I aim to make portraits that look like you – and aren’t a big production to create. Just you, me, and my trusted camera. The less makeup, the better. We'll talk and hang out in the studio, and I'll take photos as they present themselves. I aim for minimal posing, which might feel a bit uncomfortable - at first! Once we get into a groove, the photographs will follow.

Step 01

Booking

Shoot me a message through my contact page and let me know what you’re looking for; game coverage, athlete shoot, team photos, whatever you need.We’ll set up a quick call or message back and forth to go over details, timing, and what kind of shots you’re wanting. I’ll make sure everything lines up so we capture exactly what you’re looking for.Take your time deciding, no pressure. If you’re ready to move forward, just let me know and we’ll lock it in.To book, I’ll send over a session agreement and invoice. A retainer is required to secure your date, and it goes toward your total session.

Step 02

Session

During the Shoot: Just be yourself. I’ll guide you when needed, but most of the time I’m capturing things as they happen; the movement, the reactions, the in-between moments. Celebrations please try to locate my camera for best outcomes.The Vibe: We’ll keep it laid-back. Whether it’s on the field, court, or a set location, we’ll move around, try different looks, and get comfortable so everything feels natural.Timing: Sessions usually run about 1–2 hours depending on what we’re shooting. That gives us time to get a variety of shots without rushing.Your Ideas: If you’ve got specific shots in mind, bring them. I’m always down to try new ideas and make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for.

Step 03

Photos

You’ll get a link to your online gallery within 2-4 weeks. (The delivery time may be longer for full day in the life sessions.) You can buy prints or photo books beyond the package you’ve purchased through the gallery store.I can’t wait to hear your reaction about your photos! I check my email every seventeen seconds after I’ve sent pictures to a client. I pour so much love into the pictures, hoping they make you as happy as they make me.Let me know if there are images you do not wish to be shared online. You can mark these images in your online gallery.Reviews and referrals are important. Reviews and referrals are a great way to support my small business.Until next time! I can’t wait to stay friends.
